How do you transmit my bank details?
When shopping in our webshop, you can choose one of the payment methods offered (credit card, PayPal or SEPA direct debit, Kampnagel voucher) to settle the purchase price. When completing your order, the data required for payment will be passed on to the respective payment service provider.
Can I return my tickets or change the date?
In principle, tickets once purchased are excluded from return. For an exchange of tickets in the same or higher price category, please contact our staff from the box office by telephone.
Black market/second-hand sellers
On some online platforms, secondary market providers advertise tickets for sold-out Kampnagel events - sometimes at greatly increased prices and from dubious sources. Only use the official advance booking offices or online purchase via www.kampnagel.de or the sales pages of the organisers to which you are redirected from this website. Ticket holders who have not purchased their tickets legitimately may be refused entry to the event.
Can I purchase ticket insurance at the time of purchase?
Kampnagel has decided against ticket insurance, as the costs involved are disproportionate to the price of admission.
Guest access or registration?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase tickets without registering. If you register in our webshop, you can, for example, view your customer history.
If you wish, we will delete your data record after your performance has been played. Please contact us by e-mail at ticketing@kampnagel.de.
Can I pass on my personalised tickets?
It is permitted to pass them on to private family or acquaintances, both as a gift and against reimbursement of the original ticket price. It is important that you can tell us who ultimately sat in the seats. It is forbidden to sell tickets to strangers via internet marketplaces or at the door of the Kampnagel box office.
